I still get a no connection message

I am not new to the community. I have asked this question in the past and was checking for any update to a resolution. I'm not sure why trish24 or terrazas1325 needed to get involved when they had no answer, but below is an image of the problem.
this has been going on for a week now...when is it going to get fixed?
The connection problem has been going for months. No other game has the problem on my PC. "Check my Internet, Restart PC, Log Out & Log In" are all non-answers. Been tried. It's a programming problem with Bubble Witch 3. Unless someone has an answer to my question, which was "has there been any progress" on getting the issue fixed, please do not bother me with your non-answers. Thank you.

I would really appreciate a resolution for this too. I have been unable to connect all week despite being online. None of the suggestions made so far have worked and the game is less fun without a connection. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
@Coug and @Pixie26 my game is not connecting either. I heard that they were working on it, but nothing yet. It has been a couple weeks now. Are you two logged in thru King or FB?

Hi all our magical @QueenB or @LadyRaffie will be sure to join shorty your patience Is a appreciated as the community is super busy right now. In the mean time can you send what device you use and through which method do you play. Also your game ID you can find this by selecting profile then double tap on the word king at the top.
Having this information now will save a lot of time when looking into this as its details we will need to look into this any further. Thank you again for your patience.👍
Thanks @KimElston I am playing on an android mobile device. Can't get the game ID as I get the 'no connection' message if I click on my profile. Would it be the number that appeared on recent correspondence with the support team? If so, it is 1000882429
My ID is 7831058614 and playing on PC - Windows 10 - Chrome. I gave up when I could no longer open the game. I uninstalled, installed again from King.com and restarted PC. When I opened Bubble Witch 3, I was taken to Level 1 so I went to Profile and logged in with my account email and password. When I opened Bubble Witch 3 again, it opened at the Level where I was before the game stopped opening up for me. I now have a connection. Note: I did not have any rewards to lose so that was not an issue.
I failed to mention in my previous post, I now have a connection and can play with others since the re-install.

Thanks to @Coug I have BWS3 back on my computer now which is a Windows 10 and my ID @ is 1121566254. I cannot get it on my phone though. It is still not connecting. So if that could get fixed it would be so AWESOME. I thought I was a pretty knowledgeable about BWS 3, but this problem has really got me. Thank you Coug for being a part of the community! Thanks @KimElston for helping out also!
UPDATE...I now have BWS3 on my phone. I decided what the heck, I deleted the game. Put the app back on my phone . It opened up after logging in at level 1 and I was on 830. I logged back out. And logged back in and it worked. So again @Coug it does work! Thank you
