When you try and connect to Facebook on your devices have you tried connecting to a strong wifi connection rather than through the mobile data? Do you get an error message when you try and connect to your account?

Hi- I would try force closing the apps and then restart your phone maybe the sound settings have been reset for some reason. When you open the game again check that the sound is turned on in the game and let us know if it works again.

Hey Cheryl- I know that this level was actually recently modified due to feedback from players. Check out this thread here- https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/help-254714804 Make sure that you have the latest updates so that you have the newest version of this level. Let us know how you get on :-)

Hi Debbie- What kind of tablet are you playing on? Try to force close the game and restart your tablet. Make sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush installed and plenty of memory on your device.
