Hey Revathi- Were you playing while connected to Facebook? Check on Facebook and see if your correct levels are still there. If they are, simply delete the game from your device then reinstall Candy Crush again. When you log in again the correct levels should have returned. Let me know how you get on :-)

Hey Ana- Check out this link https://www.whatismybrowser.com it will tell you if everything in your browser is up to date. I find that Chrome always works well as the flash is inbuilt. Let me know how you get on :-)

Hi Anita- How many times have you completed the level? Do you see the "Sugar Crush"? Have you tried some of the computer troubleshooting? Hey- I also saw this promotion and the event happened at random times. My friends and I all saw the Candies at different times. Don't worry if you missed it as Candy Crush have loads of cool promotions and events on at the moment, make sure that you keep your eyes peeled!
