  • Hey TeresaD- Sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your Candy Crush game. Which level should you be on? There are currently 1160 levels available to play on Facebook and 1130 levels on mobile devices. Have you logged out and back in to Facebook on your touchpad? Let me know. :-)

  • Hey Chajiyoung. I think this problem is only impacting mobile devices at the moment. Are you able to complete this level on Facebook in the meantime? I am sure that issue will be resolved soon :-)
