Hi Katcypert- on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again :) Let me know how you get on.

Close the tab with Candy Crush and go to this link- https://www.whatismybrowser.com This will tell you if everything is up to date (including Java) and you can update everything from there. Hey Mary, I have the same problem from time to time. Try sending tickets on a different device. I normally play on Facebook and when I tried on my mobile instead it worked for me. This workaround may work for you too :)

Hey Hayley! Do you play while connected to Facebook? If so, good news because all of your levels should be saved here. :) If you connect the same successfully to FB again you should find all of your levels again.
