Are you playing on Facebook or mobile. Try a different platform to the one you usually play on- I had a similar problem a while back and played on my phone instead of Facebook and I could receive the help. Let me know how you get on.

Hey Herman, I think only some players have this feature at the moment. Keep your eyes peeled as it might be rolled out to all in the future, but do not worry there isn't anything wrong with your game. :)

Hey Rose, did you recently update your game or did anything else change? If the missing Boosters were ones you bought you should be able to restore them. Go to Settings> Restore Purchases.

Hey Michelle, Which survey was this? I recently did one for King but I did not get offered any Gold Bars, be careful because there are a lot of Candy Crush related scams where you are offered unlimited lives or Gold Bars. Also regarding level 902 I found this video online of a player passing this level :)…

Hi Carol, I think this is the error message that sometimes pops up when you try and buy a "pre game Booster" for the time being I would advise against using these until the issue is resolved.
