Do you play while connected to Facebook? If so, try logging out and back in again. Make sure that you have the latest version of the game and FB app installed on your phone and then restart your device. Fingers crossed this gets you back to your correct level.

Check that you don't have more than one version of Java installed on your computer. Change the time to be set by the network, so simply select your time zone rather than manually putting in the time. Restart the phone, and all should be well again :)
