Weird. I've never had the option to watch videos for help, and I'm past level 7000. Maybe because I have played via FB from day 1? I didn't even know some had that feature. That could have helped me SO many times where I needed 1-2 more moves to complete a level.

The game occasionally does that, in various ways, depending on which kind of booster you picked to fill the squares with jam. Thank you. I do hope it's a soon fix. As I said, I would rather have glitchy booster games, than none at all. And this is coming from someone who lost 60 gold bars in 10 days, on games that glitched/closed down (and got a low 20 gold bar compensation for losing 60 gold).
