Welcome to the forum, Mr/Ms. Newbie! 🎉 Can you post a screenshot of the start of the level? And another one with bombs present on the board. It's possible you've got the new type of "ice bombs" which burst into ice pieces. So let a few of them explode and you should get enough ice to complete the level. Good luck! 👍
