Yup it is a known bug. Some levels have fixed initial requirements and too many boosters will make the requirements impossible. Not sure why the game still does not check to see before the level is playable that there is a move.

It has been broken since the patch a week and a bit ago for a number of people. Other stuff has been broken as well. As to when it will be fixed and even if it is fixed if it will return, no one knows. Features are added and removed at King's whim.

Assuming you mean the Daily Treat Machine (the one that counts up days and gets better every 5), you are the first person to mention it being gone for such a long time. For a number of people it was broken around the 13th with a patch.

Honestly I am not finding much issue with the dragons clogging up the board compared to the aliens. Having played it now, ya it is just Alien Invasion again without the, legitimately adorable, aliens. Bigger boards but otherwise basically the same. I would say this one is slightly better as I really really hate small boards.
