Hi Wickinha, Open the game and before clicking Play click the profile button then log out. Then click sign in with Facebook. Mine will show an orange screen for both but shows an email address under the name for my King account. The Facebook uses my current Facebook login on my phone and does not ask for credentials.

Hi Saics72, Are you and your friends logged in with a Facebook account? If so your Facebook friends who play should appear on your friend list. Currently we are unable to add friends through a King login but this could change. See this for how to send and receive lives.

Hi Robyngar, I am sorry you are having an issue. When you need lives are you clicking the heart in the top left corner? Are you connecting with a Facebook account or King? Phone or Windows 10? Are you connected to the internet with a strong connection such as Wi-Fi or phone data?
