Payment details are not stored in in the game. You need to remove them in your Google Play app.

If you're playing on one device then this will always happen due to the way the game saves. If you want 2 accounts you need to log out of all accounts (CC & Facebook), clear cache and restart each time you want to change.

King have always said that there will be a difference between mobile levels and the Facebook version. This is the same for a lot of levels in the game. That's just part of the design.

The pop-up at the end of the level will always say why you didn't pass the level so check this out, don't just skip it.

You need to clear the cache/memory between deleting the apps. You should also make sure you're logged into Facebook in your browser as well as the app :)

Did you use up all of your moves or did a bomb explode? If you check the little pop up that appears at the end of the level it will tell you exatly why you didn't pass the level.

It doesn't matter what your score is if you haven't used all of your moves and you didn't defuse a bomb in time. The aim of these kind of levels is to acheive all 3 or you won't pass the level.
