There is a way to synchronize both. Set up your King.com account and go to the settings. Open a new tab and log into Facebook. Then on King.com go to the settings and chose the option to synchronize with Facebook. This will put you on the same level on both.

There are no gold bar rewards for the treasure chests, only boosters and sometimes unlimited lives so you haven't missed anything :)

It happens because the app isn't designed to save the boosters in the same way it saves your progress and gold. King have posted about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091

The 3 of them aren't inside lucky candies. If you watch some videos of the level you will see that they drop into the game board so you can get them then :)

If it works on the mobile then where are you trying to login from, are you on Facebook on a computer. If so, try clearing out the browser and cache then make sure you input the correct credentials.

It sounds like game didn't synchronize it when the game updated, so it didn't save your last few levels. I think if the game didn't save it then there isn't much you can do other than play the levels again. Make sure you are connected to Facebook before you do it!

If the level says you failed, then you didn't pass it, you obviously didn't meet one of the requirements.
