  • I have tried the latest versions for both iOS and Android and at my devices the apps are working just fine. Sometimes it is the level itself that is faulty, if you tell us the level and what kind of phone/tablet you have we might become wiser together and find you a solution! ;-)

  • Pyramid is tricky at PC, I have had to swap between different browser over the years, Firefox at Ubuntu 12.04/12.10 Linux was worst, crashed the whole frikkkin GUI, EVERY time! :O Usually Chrome works best with King games.

  • If your progress went only one level backwards, your progress probably hasn't been saved and you will have to re-do that level with at least one star.

  • Try to to turn your device on and off again and re-connect. If that doesn't work: Try to turn the hotspot for wi-fi on and off again (router, modem etc)

  • If you have a backup service connected to your device you may use that. If you are connected to the Kingdom - just re-connect. If you have an FB account, and have connected your game app to Facebook or to the Facebook App at your mobile device, just re-connect to FB and you get it all back except lives and extra ,moves…
