I also find it to be very annoying. Not sure what it is for. It appears in the middle of the round, which may indicate that you have half of your moves left. Even if so, though, it's not worth the annoyance it causes.

Same here. I don't think it's a bug. They just removed my speed up button and replaced it with a useless Shuffler. 😡🤬
