  • Hello @trishah It is me again. I don't think sending your game id will do anything to fix it. The developers need to update the game to fix the sounds so the game stops playing sounds incorrectly. The only thing you can do is just wait and hope they fix it.

  • It probably doesn’t happen often enough for them to care. If you get unlucky and lose boosters or your streak then oh well 🤷‍♀️. Or mabye they don’t know what causes it.

  • After re-watching the video frame by frame, it seems the color bomb turned the dragon into a blue striped candy for some reason? It does pop out of the portal for a couple of frames but then the color bomb changed it into a blue striped. Press the , and . keys to play frame by frame.

  • This seems to be a bug with portals, I’m pretty sure. If very large cascades are happening and the dragon/ingredient goes through a portal (a drop through portal) sometimes a regular candy comes through it first somehow and the dragon/ingredient probably gets “stuck” inside the portal.   • I don’t think complaints will be enough unfortunately. They are really serious about keeping it this way permanently it seems. I’m starting to think they are doing it on purpose so people switch to the other candy crush games.

  • I’m pretty sure it says that if someone on your friend list sent you a life and then deleted you off their friend list afterwards. Happened to me sometimes, I noticed it says the sent life had a name but then the next day it just said “you received a life” and then I noticed they weren’t on my friend list anymore.
