I am totally fed up with this. Twice now today, I have been so close to passing Level 3719, have used boosters and extra lives, and then the game shuts down. Surely someone at King/Activision or Microsoft can fix this problem !! Or at least inform your players what is happening. I cannot afford to waste more money of this…

"Tomorrow" has gone, Elsa, and still no fix. besides the life, again this morning I lost boosters (colour bomb, striped & wrapped candy, fish and a hand switch). This is very poor business practice, the fault should be fixed immediately or the game shut down until the fault is rectified.

Totally agree, this level is absolutely ridiculous. I have now used untold boosters and hundreds of gold bars buying extra moves and just get stuck with one side of fruit refusing to move. Whoever designed this level needs serious counseling !!!!!

I have just complained about the same thing, Ketan. I also want my lost gold bars back from the 5 extra moves I bought. Total incompetence to devise a game that cannot be solved. I notice there is a video on line pointing out the same problem.

Beat it, but it required the use of extra turns and a number of boosters !!! A very ordinary level.

Additionally, as an elderly player with diminishing reflexes, I find the splat at the end when the bombs explode personally insulting. I spend good money on this game and don't expect fun to be poked at me !! Maybe your designers need to grow up !!

Happened to me also. On my first attempt, I lost all the boosters I had built up by going through 5 levels at the first attempt. Have also wasted the boosters I used to achieve this !!! Refund please.
