I think you should be able to find them in your game. Just make sure you don´t click on the Facebook notification you get as it can make your screen refresh. Maybe double check your Facebook settings for Candy Crush Saga too, to make sure you have allowed the game and it´s features.

Hey Janie, I think they are pretty generous overall in all their games. Maybe try playing on a mobile device, they often run mini games and other features there.

Hey ljg, Try clearing cache on your laptop and do a restart. Use https://www.google.com/chrome/ as a browser and just open 1 tab for playing. Make sure other tabs and programs are closed. You can try playing on Facebook and King.com, also on Windows 10 if that´s what you run on your laptop.
