Hey Fluffs, levels are not always 100% the same on mobile and PC. Just pass the level where you believe it's the easiest and synchronize your progress afterwards.

Great stuff Sarah, if it works for you in Google Chrome then just play it in Google Chrome in the meantime. That's my default browser anyway and it hardly gives me any trouble in my game play. 

Make sure you are properly connected to your Facebook or Kingdom account on your new iPhone too. It should continue to synchronize automatically on your new device too.

Check for updates for your Android and the game. Restart your device too. If this keeps happening, then maybe specify make and model and version of Android you're using. If it's 3 or 4 years old, then that could explain why.

Yeah I think you can play all the Candies and Papa Pear Saga, at least those are the ones I have as apps on my Windows 10 on PC. Switching to Android, iOS or Kindle might be the fastest option :-)

Have you tried some troubleshooting on your end first? For mobile check for updates and do a restart. On PC, clear cache and restart your machine. Then try different browsers. You can also rescue pets on king.com.

Did you play connected to either your Kingdom or your Facebook account? So far I have never gone back in any game.

Do you have 380 levels now Ginkies? If not, check for updates and restart your mobile.

Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Try playing in Google Chrome and if Facebook is giving you a hard time, then try king.com too.
