Hey Wendy, Check for updates for your game apps, your iPhone 6 and for your Facebook. Do a restart on your iPhone 6 too. Then open your Facebook app and connect to your Facebook. Open any of those Candies and select the Facebook logo in the game apps. In game Facebook connection works for me on my 6 Plus. 

@sclark, I don't get what the reason could be that this is working for me, but not for you. Especially since we are using the same programs. Do you have enough memory available on your PC? Check for updates for your Windows 10 and your apps. Try a restart too. 

Is this on PC Madelaine? Then you should automatically get to your level. For mobile, just check for updates for your device, the game app and your Facebook. Restart your device too and try again.
