I think that's what they call testing Abeer. I remember that from those good old days when the booster wheel first started in Candy Crush Saga. Not everybody got it at first, but after some months everybody got it.

I think they should be on the road-map in the game on your tablet. That is, if you still have them. They come and go and not everybody seems to get them at the same time.
