  • Good stuff Johanna, I´m not a tech savvy but my little experience tells me that some simple tricks like clearing cache or restarting a PC can sometimes do miracles. Don´t ask me why. Same goes for mobile. Often a restart or a reinstall can solve any issue.

  • What do you mean by unlocked? As far as I know, Candy Crush Saga can be played by anyone anywhere. A saga also never ends and I think there are 1625 levels now. Could it be that your progress got synchronized to somebody else´s?

  • Hey whatalune, Could you attach the screenshot? Only getting the Sugar Crush means that you actually beat the level. I think they have different forms of support, but I´ve seen King people out here answering players.
