Hey taniaellie, What device are you using? I could open and play the game on my iPhone and I didn´t get any error message. Make sure you connect the app to either your Facebook or your Kingdom account. Have you checked for updates for both your mobile and the Farm Heroes Saga app? 

Hey Dawn, Just to make sure: did your clear cache and do a restart on your PC? Have you tried other browsers too? I just played on the Farm in Google Chrome on Windows 10. I also could play on king.com. Have you tried this too?
