Hey Tammy, Lives and tickets don´t get synced between multiple devices; you´ll only receive them and you can only use them on the device or platform you´re playing on. I mean, the ones you receive on PC won´t appear on your iPhone. Your levels and your Gold Bars should sync though. What suggestions have you done exactly?

I don´t think it´s available for Windows 10 as an app. You can play Scrubby Dubby Saga on www.king.com and Facebook. Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga are available as apps on Windows 10.
