Hey Janice, I believe levels and gold bars are the only things that get synced in their games across different platforms and devices. Time and booster related things are only available on the platform or device you got these on. So if you won boosters on your iPhone, you won´t be able to get these on your iPad.

Did this happen multiple times to you on this level? Check for updates for your mobile and your installed apps. Restart your mobile. Give it another try. Most of the times when my game freezes on my mobile, it´s resolved by restarting it.

Hey Kay, I think I can help you with this one. As far as I know, only your progress (as in played levels) and your Gold Bars do get synchronized across platforms and devices.
