You can use the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of this page to inform King of your issue of missing boosters from your purchases, you will need to let them know your game ID which can be found by clicking on the King…

Hi @CallyJFT96 sorry this has happened to you, uninstalling will lose your progress unless you have already saved it to either King or Facebook but if you know what level you were on you can contact King support by using the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of the page and someone should be able to restore your level.

Hi @Arun_Kumar9810 just a thought, do you play via Facebook? because if you do then your Email for your King account must match your Email you log in to Facebook with. Anyway I hope that you have been able to sort this out, let us know how you got on.
