Hello, Stephanie. I'm very sorry about your gold bars. But it shouldn't have happened. Normally, the gold bars remain, even if you drop to level 1. You only lose the boosters. Do you still have proof of your gold bars? Then you could get all your gold bars back from customer service. Good Luck
