Are you playing on a Windows 10 PC by any chance? If you are, go to the microsoft store and download the game app, much better than playing from a browser.

It's not a glitch, the levels only go up to level 580 for now it seems.

If you check the game directly on Facebook then you'll be able to see where the progress on your mobile has synced to. If it doesn't match then the game on your old phone wasn't synced since the level which appears on your Facebook and will still only be locally saved on the mobile itself.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Was that the first time you connected to FB in the game?

Which version do you have installed? The levels should be going up to 2045 if you have the latest update.
