There is no option in the game to do it, it usually runs from the time set on the device you play from, but a safe fail has been implemented so that if the time is modified in order to cut the wait time down, it will actually add more time. From personal experience that's only time the wait time went into overdrive.

I thought the separate lives for Candy and Dreamworld was a scrapped test but obviously not, maybe they forgot to deactivate it or it's still in testing. Does your game have all the newest updates?

Have you tried uninstalling it completely from the device and installing it again Dan? Though if you haven't connected it to FB or Kingdom you will lose all your progress in the process.

This can happen when you have to change the time on your phone if you change time zones but 442412 seems like a lot! Are you playing with the game offline or had it offline for a while by any chance?

It seems to be a reoccurring issue with windows phone Angela, is it a Lumia by any chance? If your phone cannot download the game file then the problem is either with the phone or the OS as the game isn't installed yet. The game is definitely free to download, the only purchases are for in-app items.

What did the rest of the failed message say? Normally it says why it failed, something like "A candy bomb is about to blow up, the timer has run out, etc".

This seems to be a common mistake for people on Mobile and Tablet, the connect to FB option in the game is not to log into your FB account per say, it uses a FB login in order to synchronise your locally stored progress onto a server. That's why your daughters game is now showing at 624.

The way I do it is by not opening and accepting the extra lives messages until I need them, the maximum I leave though is about 10 as when I hoarded loads before I had a few issues with getting tickets for roadblocks.
