If you've synced your progress to either FB or King.com, then it may be worth uninstalling and reinstalling the game again to see if it restores the game to normal. What mobile and OS do you have VonP?

What level are you currently on Amisha? Bare in mind that levels only go up to 1115 on Windows phone for the time being, that is until more levels are released.

Did you collected all the rewards in that round? If so then you normally have to wait a certain amount of time before you can use the feature again as it goes into "Cool-down".

I thought this as well as they don't show up like gifted lives do in my game, so I tested with a friend of mine and when she sent it, it do not show up, but when I loaded up a level they were automatically added on. Check with a friend if you can to see if it's the same for you.

What happens exactly Arlene when you try to play on FB and King? Does it crash or give you an error message of some sort?

It seems to be a common mistake but the login to Facebook/Kingdom function is not to a log in feature to access your "game account", it's function is to sync your locally stored progress onto a server by using either FB or Kingdom. Since you have your friends progress synced to your account now, I'm guessing you connected…

It is supposed to be that way with this level, some levels don't allow some boosters, but this one does not allow any of them, but trust me you wont need them. It's designed to be a tough level for sure no arguing there, but what do you expect after reaching around 1100, the levels aren't going to get any easier! Don't give up but certainly don't feel as though you have to buy stuff, you can do all of the levels without them, it just takes longer! As they say, it's the journey…
