Level 587 does seem a lot easier to pass on mobile or tablet, if you have access to one of those it will be worth doing just to get past this level and carry on on Facebook again after.

There was a similar issue for Android tablet users not long ago, I don't think there's anything that can be done until an update is released that should fix this issue though.

On this level I'd say focus first on using your shovels to crack the iced crops, then focus on making matches once you free the crops. This level needs to be looked at and revised, it super difficult to drop all the items on PC but on the mobile and tablet version it seems fine and all drop. Try from one of those if you can, you'll see what I mean.
