Have you checked for updates for your device (OS) and apps? Check your settings for the Store too; try connecting and disconnecting too. Do a restart and check if it does this again.

I think you could best check for updates and restart your device, make sure you have the latest version installed.

Hi Giselle, I think you need to make sure to double check your settings for Blossom Blast Saga on your Facebook. Go to settings, the little black arrow top right on your screen. Then go to Apps and select Blossom Blast Saga. Revise all questions and answers.

Hi Gloria, I think you could best clear your browser cache and do a restart. Use Google Chrome as a browser, in my opinion that´s the best browser out there. Just use one tab, close all other tabs and programs when playing.
