  • Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. I think the best browser you can use on PC is Google Chrome. Keep other tabs and programs closed. You can both play on Facebook and King.com. Personally I use Chrome 47 on Windows7 and have Flash 20.0; it works for me.

  • Do you play both on your Facebook and your Kingdom account? Simply go to www.king.com and select 'settings.' Then select 'Account' and it will synchronize your progress.
