Did you check for updates for your iPad and Apps? Make sure you connect to your Kingdom or your Facebook account; you then save your progress on the Farm. If necessary you could also reinstall the game and see if that resolves it for you.

Hi Peetje, can you please write in English? Clear your browser cache and give it a go in Google Chrome I'd say. That is in general what does the trick for me for games on PC.

Did you check for updates for your smart tab and all your apps installed? Sometimes a simple restart can do the trick too. I didn't have any issue playing Candy Crush yesterday on my BQ Edison 3.

What tablet do you play on? Check here http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en if Candy Crush Saga is supported on your tablet. I had this happening myself when I started to run low on available memory on my device.

Angela what task or level are you on, where on the farm does this happen? And is this on PC or on the mobile version of the game?

I have the same! I believe this is done for mobile only, for people on the road. Don't have it on my PC either, and I my guess is that we can't get it there if it's not there yet.

Did you check for updates for your tablet and apps? Do a restart too. If this didn't help, then do the following: Make sure you connect to your Facebook or your Kingdom account from within the Candy Crush Saga app. This way you synchronize your progress. Reinstall the app at this point, connect to your Facebook or Kingdom…
