  • Hi Michelle, If you play on Facebook or King.com (with your Kingdom account), then your progress shouldn't be lost. I imagine this happened to you on PC; I'd recommend you to use Google Chrome as a browser for any game-play. You can also try in an incognito window. Clear cache on your PC too. Did this help?
