Hi Susan, Did you play connected to the Kingdom? That's a feature within the app where you can save your progress. What sort of iPhone (model) do you play on and what iOS version do you have installed on it? 

Hi Jules, Did you try from PC and using different browsers? Try with Google Chrome and check the spam filter of your email too.

Hi ktobin73, That's right. On Facebook on PC lives and messages last one Facebook session. If you refresh or log out of your Facebook, then those messages will be gone. On mobile those remain saved. However I wouldn´t save too many as this data can get overwritten after updating the mobile app.

Hi Deb, Have you tried playing in another browser? Try to play in Google Chrome and synchronize the game to your Facebook or Kingdom account. 

Hi Alex, Have you tried replaying the levels while connected to either your Facebook or your Kingdom?

Do you play the game on a mobile device too? You can try to play the level there too.

Hi Connie, I've noticed that you only get Sugar Drops on certain levels and you only get them once on those levels. If you replay the level you won't get the Sugar Drops again.

Hi Ikki, Have you tried replaying the level? Also make sure you play online/connected. I hope Hunter will soon find his way to your game too
