  • Hi Larysa, Did you check for updates for your iPad and apps? Do a restart too. What generation iPad are you using? You can play Candy Crush Saga on iPad 2 and later models, but not iPad first generation.

  • Hi Dave, This only happens to you on PC when playing on King.com? Normally this sort of thing happens on a device, especially if the date and time settings have been changed. You haven't done that right?
