Hi Suzanne! Your boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile. You will either have to use them from your old mobile or do a backup from your old mobile, then restore your phone data to your new phone. Cheers :-)

Hi Jaramilloe! I have the game on my mobile and it works there. I suggest you play the level on your mobile too. Once you have completed the level your progress will then sync back to your Facebook account and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-)

Hi billblue33! Sounds like something is not right with the install of Candy Crush on your tablet. I suggest you use your boosters, make sure the game is connected to Facebook (to store your progress and gold bars) then un-install, reboot and re-install Candy Crush. Hopefully this solve the issue. Hi Sonia! I have seen other threads related to level 1347. I found a workaround to the issue: download the game to your mobile, then connect it to Facebook and you can now play the level without any issues. Cheers :-)

Hi Kirk! Difficult to answer your question if there are no error messages. I suggest you first check to see if the game is working on Facebook or King.com - if it works there then try closing any open programs in the task manager. CTRL+SHIFT+Esc will take you directly to the task manager. Cheers :-)
