I remember answering a similar thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-2133382219 The easiest way to backup and transfer your levels is to simply connect the game to Facebook or Kingdom. This way you'll sync back all your game progress when you connect your new iPad. Cheers :-)
