  • Hi Frogger6527! Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-)

  • Hi Ridhani! I suggest you un-install Candy Crush, reboot your mobile, then re-install the game. Please notice that you should use up your boosters before un-installing the game (boosters can't be saved to Facebook/King.com and will miss after a re-install) Cheers :-)
