  • Hi Mariam! Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing any level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-)

If you have read all the tutorials and seen all the videos on YouTube then I suggest you: 1) Start the game 2) Check your friend list in the top 10 highscore for level 245 3) Invite those 10 people over for pizza and help with the level.
