Levels have been reshuffled within each episode recently. So the level you are playing will have had its number changed. Check all 15 levels in that same episode and you should find it.

What did you spend this amount of money on? This game is free to play and to upgrade the app is free as well. The star tournament is just something that fills the time while we wait for new levels. If the stars don't register it may be a glitch in the event, but the prize to be won is not really worth bothering with anyway.
