What did you spend this amount of money on? This game is free to play and to upgrade the app is free as well. The star tournament is just something that fills the time while we wait for new levels. If the stars don't register it may be a glitch in the event, but the prize to be won is not really worth bothering with anyway.

Manual synchronisation cannot be done by anyone in this community, only by Player Support. It often takes some time to get a satisfactory response from player support. Reply to the first email you received and do not open new tickets but keep responding to the first email restating your problem.
