I passed the level 5196 with the chef hat as well and did not get the hat afterwards. Very frustrating. Please fix this issues or give us the 3 bars to open the bakery please. thanks, addicted to Candy Crush Soda.

I need gold bars please for baking the cake. Can't bake without them. Its a good way to give friends goodies while passing baking levels.

There is no log out button on the FB Candy Crush Game itself, just FB log out. There is nothing I can do on my end to have the same levels across devices. Thanks for your help.

Where did the friends list go to ask for extra lives and to help with bake a cake? I have Uninstalled and reinstalled, shut down my device, restarted device, reinstalled the candy crush game and still the same problems. Please answer what to do next. Thanks in advance.

Neither of those suggestions worked. Looks like FB is a loss. It shows the same level on my desktop computer app and my handheld device, but not when I log into FB. Oh well, Thank you for your help.

I don't have an x on the screen when the screen goes black and therefore I lose lives and goodies. This has been going on far too long. I did a reset to my phone and still the same problems. Thanks in advance for trying to fix this issue.

Its been going on for the last couple of weeks. the game was working perfectly fine before. ads and videos for extra lives and moves worked fine. I think it happened after an update so I reinstalled the game but still no ads for extra lives.

I did all that. I was always getting the ads for extra lives and moves before. This all happened after all the updates and I rolled back to previous install and still the same. I reinstalled the game but still problems. I get a black screen with an x in the corner and then an OOPS!!!
