I want to play but I’m not “TAGGED”..... I go to terms and it says no permission?? It said”EVERYONE” may participate in General contest.....??? What did I do wrong?

The different boards in one level! UGH mostly getting the bear above string because there is no controlling were the candy/bottles w/ pop up! And you can have sooo many boosters that all land on the first board/part!!! Then when you get to 2nd,3rd....exc.... NO boosters for you!! 🙈🤔🤭😬
