@sherrylm Sorry to hear that, yeah, that really sucks!!! Apparently, a lot of us are having the same issue. I haven't been able to get in for the last 5-6 hours either. But, I'd also be very upset if I had just bought 24hrs. of play. Hope they work it out soon 🤬

Same here, been trying to get in to play for hours. Keep getting "oops, something went wrong!" I was ready to throw my phone across the room & freak out on my cable co., even though I can plainly see my internet connection is working just fine, LOL!!! @Daggan6 I've been having the same problem ALL morning! Couldn't sleep last night, so, was up very early. I've been trying to play the Royal Challenge for hours now. And, it keeps telling me "oops, there was a problem" since about 5am EST. 😤 So frustrating!!!
