Go to friends tab, select friend(s) you want to send lives. Click on a friend name, you can see the player card of the friend. On the player cards there is send life, request life option. Choose send life.

Haha 🤣. I also tagged queenb in my comment saying the same. There were many players who was unable to earn rewards despite completing the pin challenge within the time frame.
