I do not receive lives

Have the 7 edge have the same problem.  They still have not solved the problem going to uninstall the game

@Ddjanzen49 - You won't be able to accept lives until you actually lose your lives. Have you checked if you see any once you're out of lives?

@eddieeimicke - Solving problem can take some time and as I mentioned, we need your help to be able to spot the issue and fix it Your extra info is helpful and I'll forward this straight away to our team. Just one more question: You've never been able to accept any lives at all?

I have iPhone 10 oh sorry iOS- deleted game n redownloaded it. I don’t play on anything else .... this is happening on CC saga I will take screen shots of what I’m talking about on my next time playing!!

Still sending request for lives from my Facebook friends. Still not receiving lives. Connect to Facebook i send lives to my friends they do not receive them. Getting  upset with this game.

It says if a player receives more than 5 lives at a time, the extras will be lost.

WHY? That is such a stupid thing!!!   

It leads me to believe it's so that King can make even more money off players that pay for lives!!

Thank you for the help with the troubleshooting, guys. We really need as much info as possible as we're not able to replicate. 
I have passed these details to the Studio for further investigation. However, please note that there's an ongoing issue with Facebook and it is affecting other game providers as well. 

I will keep you updated as soon as I can. In the meantime, feel free to post any updates/info you might notice as this could help in the investigation!
