progress lost after trying to sync to facebook.

after my friend tried to sync to Facebook the game has reset itself to level 1. Friend has lost all progress. Can you help? She’d never logged in via kingdom but had synced to Facebook before although it was a different fab account to the one she’s using now. She was on level 3000+ and is gutted!

@helforhan At the bottom of that FAQ click on the "here" there will be a form to fill out. Make sure you give them what login was used so they can find you easier on the back end. They will do manually for you.

@tamantha Please follow the above FAQ also. Yours is more of a sync issue rather than not saved so you should be able to get it back by following the instructions. If all else fails click the "here" at the bottom and fill out the form.

Hi @JustPlaying. Thanks for your message. We’ve tried all the suggestions listed but it doesn’t restore progress. Can anything else be done to restore to a recent setting if not the most current one?  Thanks

havent played in a few days came back n lost progress I was at level 175 now I am back to 161fix plz I spend money too so fix asap
