Hello @Carol_McBride, Hope you are having a nice time on the Community and enjoying the game except with the issue of "Lives"!!

With regards to the "Lives" issue --  This issue has been increasing and both the Community Managers and the King Team are working to fix the issue.  But, the Team need to find out the root cause for the issue.  Hence, they need details from all of the players as much as possible to fix it permanently.

The details needed from you are -- 
(1)  Are you connected to game through Facebook OR Kingdom OR both?  
(2)  Are you having issue with "Receiving Lives" ONLY?  
(3) Is there any issue with "Sending Lives" too?

NOTE:  Please provide all above details clearly in below thread.  This post will be closed now as the Community Managers would like to collect all the information at one place.  Hope this made sense.
